Like all other search engines such as Google and Yahoo, text also plays a significant role in achieving higher ranking. The more text that your site’s every web page contains, means the more chances of achieving SEO goals such as getting higher ranking in the search engine results page. However, there is a limit for Bing. The content must not less than or more than 350 words. Such length is ideal for human reading and search engine spidering.
Bing behaves almost like Google. The reason why the search results of the search engines is that they have more similarities of search engine algorithm rather than Yahoo. Like Google, Bing put more weight on older domains. This means that if you want to start an online business and have higher ranking on Bing search results, you have to buy older domains. The domain is like wine in the eyes of Bing search engine, when it gets older, it gets better. Of course, it would be more costly than a not-so-old domain. However if you take a look at a bigger picture, your investment in purchasing older domains that are more expensive is a good step because it is ranking higher in the search results. Such higher ranking gives limitless opportunities for your site in the long run—not just web traffic but more importantly, returns on investment.
